When you launch the app, you’ll be asked to register using your phone number or one of the social networks by clicking «Create Account». Read the User Agreement, confirm your agreement by checking the box, and then select «Continue».

You can create your profile in one of two modes: private or public. In private mode, you can blur your photo and create your nickname. In public mode, your photo will be visible, and you will be asked to use your real name. Provide your email, gender, age, and write a brief bio in the «About» section.

Choose one or more problems you concern about. Use «Search» to quickly find relevant problem.

After selecting your problems, you’ll be directed to your profile page. If needed, edit your profile by clicking the «Edit» button in the
top-right corner.

In the «Acknowledgements» section, you’ll see messages of thanks from other users.

Visit «Question pool» to answer the questions from the list. It will help others to know you better.

«Test Results» section displays your test results. The tests can be found in the Learning tab.

Enable to receive push notifications to stay updated on new messages, matches, and progress from your soulmates. You can also change the app’s language. Contact us if you face any issues using the app, have feedback or suggestions for improvement. Take a moment to review information about the app, community guidelines, and our Privacy Policy.

On the main tab, you can view key statistics related to your problems. Tracker lines under the problems indicate the your current state. At the bottom of the tab, you’ll find the total number of problems you’ve added and the number of resolved problems. To add a new problem, click the «Add a problem» button.
If you feel unable to cope, press the «Urgent help from a specialist» button.

On the main tab, you can select a specific problem to access its diary. The diary contains a record of your progress and experiences related to the problem. You can update the diary by answering one of the suggested questions. Express gratitude to a soulmate if they have helped you with the problem. Rate your state on a 10-point scale. If you believe the problem is resolved, select a score of «10». At this point, you’ll have
the option to help other community members and share your success story. You can also delete a problem if it was added by mistake or if you no longer wish to work on it.

If you feel you’re in a critical state that you can no longer endure, go to the «Urgent help from a specialist» tab to access Psychologists’ platform or Hotline

In the People Feed, you can find soulmates. Each user is represented by a card, which contains profile photo, profile description, current problems, problems user can help with, and additional information, accessible by clicking the three dots.
At the bottom of the card, there are two icons:
• Cross Icon: Clicking this removes the card from your feed.
• Heart Icon (Like): Clicking this indicates you consider the person as a soulmate and are open to communication.

If someone you’ve liked has already liked you, a mutual greeting splash screen will appear. If you liked them first and they later liked you back, they’ll appear in the «New Contacts» section on your Chats tab. You’ll also receive a push notification about the new match, if you’ve enabled this in your push notification settings.

If you find the information on a card inappropriate or violating of Community Rules, report the profile by clicking the three dots in the top left corner of the card.

In the Chats tab, under «New Contacts», you’ll find those you’ve matched but haven’t started a conversation yet. Tap on a new contact’s photo to send a message.

The Active chats section displays ongoing conversations. Our chat interface is designed to be similar to other messaging apps. You can also create group chats with users you’re already in private conversations with. If you encounter any issues or difficulties using the chats, please contact our Support Team.

If you need support but feel too overwhelmed to explain your situation, press the SOS button to notify your soulmates about your state. Ensure you’ve configured the SOS button settings in your profile’s Settings tab, granting permission to send and receive SOS notifications.
